Yingying optical device factory has complete cold working process conditions of spherical lens, from milling, fine grinding, polishing, centering and edge grinding, to coating, gluing and inking.

The milling workshop can process high-precision milling of 3 MM-800 mm spherical mirror.

Fine grinding & polishing workshop has all kinds of imported equipment, which can meet the requirements of precision grinding and polishing of R surface above R3, with high precision of thickness control and stable control of diaphragm and Yasi.

The imported edge grinding equipment equipped in the fixed core and edge grinding workshop is equipped with laser-assisted centering instrument, which has high centering accuracy and small outer ring tolerance, and can be used for lens with diameter of 3mm-300mm.

The coating workshop has a dust-free workshop of quasi-1000 standard. There are one 1.3m and 1.1m coating equipment, equipped with imported ion source, electron gun, crystal oscillator and other equipment, which can complete the evaporation of antireflection film, spectroscopic film and high reflection film. The imported spectrophotometer is equipped for real-time detection and quality control of coating products' reflectivity and transmittance.

The gluing workshop is equipped with high-precision centering instrument, which can realize high-precision core gluing within 30 seconds. According to the requirements of different customers and different precision, various gluing processes such as ultra-low stress natural curing or UV rapid curing can be selected.
